NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough Council will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, December 30, 2025, at 6:00 PM. at the Plymouth Borough Municipal Building, 162 Shawnee Avenue, Plymouth, Pennsylvania.

The purpose of the special meeting is to adopt the 2026 Budget, which projects revenues and expenditures in the amount of $3,135,241.00 and to adopt Real Estate Tax Ordinance No. 1 -2025, which will set the millage on real estate at 8.22 mills for the year 2026.
