The Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law (RTKL) provides the public with access to records of local and state government agencies.

Residents and members of the public may submit a Right-to-Know request to obtain public records maintained by the Borough, subject to applicable exemptions under state law.

All requests must be submitted in writing using the official Right-to-Know Request Form.

Completed request forms may be submitted by email, mail, or in person, as indicated on the form. The Borough’s Open Records Officer will review all requests and respond in accordance with the timeframes established by the Pennsylvania Office of Open Records.
