NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a copy of the 2025 Proposed Tax Ordinance on Real Estate for the Borough may be examined by any citizen at the Plymouth Borough Municipal Building, 162 Shawnee Avenue, Plymouth, Pennsylvania, on any day starting December 17, 2024 thru December 28, 2024 inclusive. The proposed Tax Ordinance, No. 9 of 2025 will be posted on the front window of the Municipal Building for the public to inspect.  The Proposed Tax Ordinance can also be viewed on the Borough website at plymouthboroughpa.gov In addition a copy of the proposed 2025 Tax Ordinance was provided to this newspaper. Also, Ordinance No. 9 0f 2024 will be voted on at a Special Meeting of Council which will take place at the Plymouth Borough Municipal Building on Saturday, December 28, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. in order to act on the 2025 Tax Ordinance on real estate.   It is noted that the millage rate remains the same as in 2024. Council may act on other business as provided by law at this special meeting.
